Employment Overview

IM Sports employs over 150 students each semester to execute the activities on a nightly basis. The goals for the employment opportunities include providing a consistent, organized, professional experience to all participants - including employees as well as polishing of transferable skills such as time management, conflict management and problem solving.

Employment Eligibility:

  1. Enrolled in at least six credit hours for the semester (3 credit hours for Summer employment)
  2. Good standing within UREC
  3. Attend all required trainings and certifications
  4. Complete and turn in all payroll paperwork

Available positions through the IM Sports program:



                 Entry level (no experience necessary);

                  Entry level (no experience necessary);

                  1+ semester experience in the IM or Club Sports program
                  For Spring 2017: Please submit a cover letter, resume & application

                   Due: 3:00pm April 7, 2017 - Open until Filled.


                  1+ semester experience as IM Supervisor preferred
                  For Spring 2017: Please submit a cover letter, resume & application

                   Due: 3:00pm March 31, 2017 - Open until Filled.

 Application materials must be turned into the UREC Main Office - Student Recreation Center.
